Probably the best cuisine in Ottawa. Have been a dozen times and never once was I dissapointed! Personally if you have not eaten at carmens you have not eaten.

    Ken's fun, and very experienced. Food is always excellent and the wine list, while not long, is interesting, matches the food, and much better priced that the usual restaurant model. A great neighbourhood cafe, that I drive through several neighbourhood to get to!
